The Story Behind Bridge & Bottle: A Hospitality Branding & Marketing Strategic Partner

The TVs were on. Drinks were on the table. The steady hum of conversations filled the room.

It was a typical night at Tanner’s Bar in Lenexa, Kansas, the kind of place where people gather after work, where regulars know the bartenders, and where conversations tend to stretch longer than planned.

For Jenna and Jordan, it was just another night catching up, something we had done countless times over the years as best friends.

But that night, the conversation drifted toward work.

Both of us had started building careers connected to the hospitality industry, just from very different sides of it.

Jenna was deep in the sales world of hospitality, responsible for leading multi-million dollar sales teams, tracking the moving parts of service, and the thousands of decisions that shape a guest’s experience. The kind of work where every detail matters, even if most guests never see it.

Jordan was working on the branding and marketing side, helping businesses shape how they presented themselves to the world — building identities, refining messaging, and creating the digital presence that introduces brands to new audiences.

And as we talked about the work we were doing, something became clear.

We were both seeing the same problem.

Incredible hospitality brands were building unforgettable experiences inside their spaces, but those experiences weren’t always translating to the outside world.

Restaurants with beautiful atmospheres had websites that didn’t capture the feeling of being there. Hotels designed with intention showed up online in ways that felt generic. Bars that had built loyal communities weren’t reflecting that personality through their digital presence.

From Jenna’s side, it meant seeing operators put everything into their spaces only to have the story fall short online.

From Jordan’s side, it meant seeing brands with incredible stories that simply weren’t being told in the places people were discovering them.

The experiences were incredible. The storytelling wasn’t always there.

Somewhere in that conversation, over drinks and the usual back-and-forth, we said something that stuck:

One day, we should build something that fixes this.

Not just another marketing agency. Not just another branding studio.

Something built specifically for hospitality: something that drives revenue by understanding both the experience inside the room and the story that introduces it to the world.

That moment eventually became Bridge & Bottle.

We’re incredibly excited to partner with hospitality brands that are building something meaningful.

Whether you're opening something new, scaling an existing concept, or simply ready for your digital presence to reflect the quality of what you’ve created, our goal is simple:

To help your story reach the people who are looking for it.

Because when the story is clear, the right guests always find their way across the bridge.
